Job Brief

GotchaWorks – a lead generation agency has an immediate opening for an Ad Promoter. Our client is a new luxury and hip apartment community in downtown Sarasota. As an Ad Promoter, you will promote a Free Rent offer.

As an Ad Promoter for Gotcha, you need do the necessary activities, such as engaging, waving, making yourself an attraction so that passing motorist are curious about you and want to read the ad copy on the mini-billboard sign you’ll be using.

Your goal is to get as many people who are considering an apartment relocation to tour our client’s community.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a positive and exciting brand ambassador for GotchaWorks and the client. You are likely to be the first impression for the luxury apartment community, therefore, how you make people feel will determine your success.
• Communicate with the client staff before and after the promotion period. We call this an Activation.
• Pass on feedback or suggestions for improvement to your manager.
• Be a positive and exciting person.

Requirements:

• Must be a reliable & dependable person.
• Must be an honest person.
• Must be an Energetic person.
• Must love people and project that you are fun person.
• Must like the Sarasota outdoors for five to six hours at a time.
• Must have the strength and endurance to manipulate a 6′ x 2′ sign for 50 straight minutes.
• Must like listening to music.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must have the ability to accept and return text messages and phone calls.

We offer:

• This is a part-time gig, Saturday’s & Sunday’s or maybe Friday’s.
• You can earn $12 to $20 per hour. We’ll explain the compensation plan in detail.
• You’ll get paid every Monday via direct deposit or pay card.
